I upgraded to resolume 4 and my avi files no longer work..

I am using the same computer. Yesterday I bought resolume 4 avenue and now when I drop my old files in their is just empty black space. I literally read 15 pages of old threads looking for solutions and I know I am probably getting on you guys' nerves.. sorry.. btw, I was using resolume 4 before and they worked just fine. Thank you guys.. I know you are going to tell me you need additional info, when I get through with the busy work day I'll be able to add more info once I get to my rig at home.. thanks a bunch guys!!

which codec have you used? have you done anything differently since the install? have you used version 3 at all?
