Re: Resolume Arena 5 crashing with Cable Matters USB-HDMI ad

Thanks Joris. I haven't yet been able to find an external video card for Mac that would work. The DualHead2Go Digital ME only creates one big display stretched over the 2 outputs, so this wouldn't work, as I want one output to be my primary display, where I can view Resolume running as well as ...

Re: Resolume Arena 5 crashing with Cable Matters USB-HDMI ad

Thanks Oaktown. It is still sounding like an external video card with two hdmi/digital outputs would be the best way to go. Which are the best/recommended cards to go for?

Re: Resolume Arena 5 crashing with Cable Matters USB-HDMI ad

Also, is this issue limited to 3rd party adapters? How would it be if I used a Mac Mini with the HDMI out connected to a monitor and the thunderbolt connected to a projector, using a thunderbolt to HDMI adapter?

Re: Resolume Arena 5 crashing with Cable Matters USB-HDMI ad

Thanks Joris.

The device is a Cable Matters USB-HDMI adapter, and yes Resolume 5 only crashes when I try to select an output when this adapter is connected, either on it's own, or with a third monitor connected using the standard thunderbolt to HDMI adapter.

I can buy a dedicated external graphics ...

Resolume Arena 5 crashing with Cable Matters USB-HDMI adapte

Hello,

Resolume Arena 5 is crashing when I use a Cable Matters USB-HDMI adapter for my 3rd monitor. I have tried with various drivers for the adapter, and it crashes using all of these. This wasn't an issue with Arena 4.

Can anyone suggest a way of troubleshooting/fixing this?

Thanks,

Nick

Re: can someone help with OSC messages?

Thanks

I have followed up on this method of working out OSC messages, but still can't get most of the features working that I'd like to get working, specifically:

Solo : /layer1/solo [toggle button] value range:0 to 1 (selects solo OK, but doesn't update in Touch OSC when another layer is set to ...

Re: can someone help with OSC messages?

Still wondering about whether there is more information out there on the OSC messages Resolume supports. Is it that the features I am looking to control are not controllable through OSC, or is it that all the information needed is not included in the manual, and if so, can I get that information ...

Spacing text in ReadMe Flash Footage

Hi

I've recently purchased the ReadMe Flash Footage and I can see that some of the flash files support multiple lines of text. What I am wondering how to do is to have a couple of words on one line and then a couple on the next, etc. At the moment it looks like the only two options are everything ...
