Hooray I worked it out, I'd added the animations in the layer and wasn't selecting it!
I thought i'd somehow managed to record it - barking up the wrong tree again...

Hmm so it is an audio timeline, thats what I thought - but the weird thing is I've disabled audio on export - weird.

File browser can't see DXV
Can't believe this add it to my list of strange stuff - I just converted a .mov to dxv with Quicktime and it doesn't show up in Resolume browser. Shurely there musht be shum shimple explanashun!

Not sure how to do that, I will describe it better - the transport section sometimes has one line with a big yellow position marker that moves along as it plays, other times it has just the line part with the tabs at each end (to determine what part plays) and a yellow marker moves up a blue line.

Whats the blue line over the timeline?
Eay one for someone (I have looked in the manual, can't find it) Some clips have em some don't - at first I thought it was clips with audio but now I've imported one without and it still has one so I'm baffled.

Excuse me if this is normal - it seems a bit weird.
I animated some parameters - scale and XY positions on Timeline and triggered them via Ableton using midi - they were moving as expected, but when I re-opened the Composition the output still behaves as it did but the parameters are reset and ...
