Animate parameter behaviour when saved

Hi

Excuse me if this is normal - it seems a bit weird.

I animated some parameters - scale and XY positions on Timeline and triggered them via Ableton using midi - they were moving as expected, but when I re-opened the Composition the output still behaves as it did but the parameters are reset and don't move.

Its like the animation has been 'bounced' in some way.

Hooray I worked it out, I'd added the animations in the layer and wasn't selecting it!

I thought i'd somehow managed to record it - barking up the wrong tree again...
