This happens to me also, especially with latest Resolume 3.3.1. To fix it you have to go to preferences, uncheck the "Enable OSC" box (it will freeze up for a few seconds unloading the OSC), then re-check the "Enable OSC". Then it should receive OSC messages normally (until it stops responding to ...
