A preference setting to open a blank(new) project by default
I like that when I open resolume it is courteous enough to load the last thing I was working into the deck for me so I can get back to playing - but this can be a hassle - especially when I want a blank slate to work with. Some of my projects can be very clip and effect intensive resulting in a bit ...

Re: Video Presets in Arena - can you make them midi mappable
I meant the Advanced Options Presets in regards to Slice mapping. I was hoping to use the slices to arrange video input to create a layout with certain videos in the foreground in background and be able to switch between which ones are closer and further depending on premade presets. I managed to do ...

Video Presets in Arena - can you make them midi mappable?
I would like to be able to switch between various video presets on the fly use a midi controller. I believe this would add a beneficial function to the advance video output settings. Is this possible?

Helping OSC make sense - a communications window
I am active user of OSC in many of my applications but none of them have I had an issue like attempting to use resolume. I am using the correct address, port, and messages but am having no luck getting the values to change. I am using a midi controller ran through osculator where I redefine the ...

Using Avenue 4.0.0 With Osculator
Hello,
I've been successfully using osculator with other programs for osc and have had no issue with it picking them up on the network as an OSC device including VDMX, touchOSC, Control, andOSC, and lemur. However, I can't get it to see resolume at all. I've succesfully got resolume to send OSC data ...

Re: Advanced Output
Take a slice and make it so two of points are ontop of each other. Its easy to make triangles from squares. Creating a perfect circle from bezier is killing me though.

Re: Advanced Output
I do not own IRMapio was hoping that arena would be able to compare in functionality. While sectioning off portions of a composition and slicing each of them would surely work it is vastly time consuming, easy to mess up, and loses so much power compared to a layer map. As said not only does layer ...

Re: Advanced Output
I 100% agree with julie that in order to get best use of the mapping feature we should be able to apply it to a layer as well not just solely the output. Generally when working with VDMX I would have each layer/group have its own warp mask and be completely unique to the face of the object I was ...
