At this time, I don't believe so.

According to the manual, under "More Effects";
For audio, Resolume supports VST plugins.

For video, Resolume supports FFGL plugins.
File types: .dll (PC) or .bundle (Mac)

If you wanted to add more effects, they usually go into the Extra Effects folder under ...

I don't usually have a need for Link, however I saw this post and decided to check it out.
2017 MacBook Pro 10.14.2 worked as expected, right out the box.
The PC with Windows 10 Pro 10.0 ...

Check your ASIO settings.
Link only works with ASIO.

ASIO4ALL V2 recommended.
