Re: Resolume 6.1.3 Not Completely Starting...
Resolume selects the internal devices on the laptop if the interface isn’t present at startup.
Yes, that's what it does, but with ASIO devices or specific ones, the device can be still present in the OS, even if you don't have it connected.
I'll, ask our devs if Resolume can be smarter about ...

Re: Resolume 6.1.3 Not Completely Starting...
With non existent devices Resolume reverts to the first one available, but with devices, like Dante Virtual sound card for example, where the device is still present, but doesn't give a proper clock, Resolume doesn't know if the click is only slow, or not coming in at all.
What kind of audio ...

Re: Resolume 6.1.3 Not Completely Starting...
Select a working audio device in the Resolume Audio preferences ;)
Really!?!?! Who would have thought of that? Thanks Zoltán!
One would presume that Resolume would be “smart enough” to reset the preferences to the default sound device upon startup. There should be some type of notification ...

Resolume 6.1.3 Not Completely Starting...
Hello,
I've been using Resolume 6.1.3 on a relatively new 2019 Razor Blade 17" laptop for about two months now. But for some reason today, the program decided to not completely start. The interface comes up but that's about it. No clips load and I can't open another composition. There is small ...

Re: Resolume and Black Magic Design UltraStudio 4k Extreme 3
Thanks for the suggestion Warspite! Have you tried to use this setup as well?Warspite wrote: Mon Oct 07, 2019 12:37 Check Blackmagic configuration in desktop video setup, is can be configured as quad-link, so all 4 connectors are used just for single input.

Re: Resolume and Black Magic Design UltraStudio 4k Extreme 3
How did you come to that conclusion, because there are 4 separate SDI Inputs and Outputs?

Resolume and Black Magic Design UltraStudio 4k Extreme 3
Hello,
Does anyone know how to get Resolume Arena to "see" the various Capture and Output sources from a Black Magic Design UltraStudio 4K Extreme 3? All I see in the Sources Tab and Device selection is the main unit itself. I've included a photo for reference.
Thanks for any and all suggestions.

Re: How to Reset Control Values After DMX Connection
Unfortunately it’s not quite that easy. DMX signals don’t process that way. The console doesn’t “send” Default values. Only values that need to change are transmitted from the desk. Lighting fixtures maintain a “Default” state until acted upon. Resolume appears to not have a “Maintain Default ...

Re: How to Reset Control Values After DMX Connection
Imagine a scenario
- Trigger clip 1 in layer 1
- Change its direction via layer transport controls
- Trigger clip 2 in layer 1
- Change its direction via layer transport controls
- Reset all values on desk
You will now end up with clip 2 being reset, but clip 1 is still set to its changed ...
