Sorted now thank you for looking into this. We ended up having to use a usb audio interface to convert the signal rather than going straight in on mini jack.

How do I do that? In audio preferences I can see the device under externel audio fft input but it won’t let me select it. Photo attached

I am having this issue. I am running resolume 5 on a new Mac book pro. I have connected a hub on usb c which has a mini jack input and have been testing SMPTE by playing SMPTE on my iPhone. In microphone settings on the Mac I can select the input and see the signal coming in. In resolume In ...
