I was able to get the software to load.
The issue was, my secondary monitor (LED Wall) was not online.
I know this is beyond basic, but in the past, if the secondary display was not online, the software would load but just have this secondary display as a virtual output.

It is very odd, because I have been using Teamviewer on the PC for a while now, and it has been flawless.
Right now, because of the situation, I am only allowed to work remotely. I need to use Teamviewer, because of network reasons.

Negative.
Still will not start.
I renamed that folder, and then watched the folder get created when I tried to start up Areana.
Same thing though, then gets stuck on Splash Screen.

Arena 5 gets stuck on the Splash Screen.
Nothing has changed on this PC, other than maybe it was not shutdown properly. Only thing I can think of, but I can not confirm this either.
I did recently update Team Viewer on this PC.
