I've tried 7.15 version but it's not working.
The problem seems to be fixed after I moved back all the user folders.
and the latest version works well now.

[Solved] Start up crashes both Arena and Wire
I installed the latest version of Arena, but it crashes when starting up immediately.
It pops a window asking me whether to send the report or not.
Tried to reinstall and open as admin and update the graphic driver to the studio version, but it's still the same.
