I've got the same problem. 20 clips per deck, each deck for a different part of a set. But when I go between them, suddenly the frame rate plummets to 5 fps for a second - the output looks terrible.

Got to be solution to this? SSD?

Ok, actually I figured it out. I have to choose the layer with the sillohuette as 50 Mask, put it at the top then it works.

Been through manual and video tutorials. Still cannot figure out how to make video masks work.

What I'd like to do is sync the lights to the video and control both at same time from midi controller.

For example sweep all spots or scanners to the screen by tweaking a midi controller for a big effect. Maybe I could trigger a black out or all lights on for dramatic moments when I want the ...

HDMI output - better than VGA/DVI?

I'm trying to figure out which is the best way to output from Resolume.

My plan is to use the HDMI output from a laptop (Currently using Mac Mini), then route that to an active HDMI splitter, one signal for my monitor, another for the screen (through converters to DVI or VGA as necessary). I'll use ...

Currently VidVox are developing a plug-in for VDMX which will send data to DMX light systems. Wondering if there are any plans to do the same for Resolume?
