color me satisfied

Just wanted to say that after having done two shows with ReAct, I am convinced this puppy is the greatest invention since break beats. True, I've not had much use for the programmable effects buttons -- since I normally run 2 or more projectors from a single Resolume installation, I can't use global effects, and unless I've missed something, Resolume as currently stands can't apply effects to clips via MIDI -- but everything else is proving well thought-out and easy to use.

My only complaint is related to MIDI, not ReAct: Namely, that when one moves the fader, the value sent reflects its current position, which can cause an abrupt jump initially in opacity as the active layer is adjusted to match how the fader is set.

One enhancement I'd love to see, however, would be a global shift switch that would change ReAct's mapping from, say, MIDI channels 2 and 3 to channels 4 and 5. This would allow one to use a single ReAct to drive two Resolume systems, leading to increased revenue for Edwin and Bart, and quite probably for Netzteil, as well. It would also allow me finally to make use of global effects. ;)
