Screen flickering after minimizing

Hmm, I've encountered this issue on all my Resolume setups as well. I've become so accustomed to it that I nearly forgot about it.

Attempts to deactivate all visual effects in Windows never made a difference.
....

I have exact same issue, tried many older drivers arena versions. You wouldn't believe what fixes this for me...
ANY open window. I mean when resolume is running on its own problem is present but as soon as I open for example windows explorer problem goes away... amazing

Could anyone solve this problem efficiently?

click on the taskbar - the flicker output,
minimize resolume - the flicker output
