Midi / Deck Change issue

I'm using Avenue with the Akai APC Mini MkII. Since the update, whenever I change deck all the lights on the clips turn off for that deck until one of them is selected, then they all activate again. I'm pretty sure this wasn't an issue before, but I can't seem to fix the solution. I've tried using a fresh midi setup / clean composition. But still the same issue.
