I Found a Solution:
Never Tried to Set up in "Windowed" because at the first try my Pc completely lagged (1 Mouse move every 5 secs possible). But after setting the Bit depht of my Main Monitor from 32-bit to 16-bit everything works fine.Now its possible to use all left 3 Outputs to get material on screen...........nice.
