fliker problem with live camera

hi there......i have problem with flickers on a live camera every thime when im using a reolume with camera live.......haow to fiks that problem??

it,s hard to help you with so little information; how did you connect the camera? firewire? what process resolution do you use? what is the refresh rate your your monitor?

i conect to the firewire,resolution 320/240,60 mgh refresh rate...a frend thold me that i cant fiks a problem with a pluggin .but hi dident say to me a name of thet plug or from where to dwn...........txs
