Clip freezes and continues after 20 seconds with new MacBook M4 Pro

Hello all,

I bought a new MacBook Pro M4 Pro and did a Time Machine backup from my old MacBook Pro M2 Pro.

I use Resolume Avenue (latest update) and the big problem is as follows:

When selecting a clip, the clip starts but after approximately 2 seconds it holds/freezes the picture (but the timeline does not stop) and after another appr. 20 seconds the clip continues.

With my MacBook M2 Pro, everything runs smooth..

What is the problem? Can you help me..

Timemachine restore can mess up permissions, which then can lead to lot of error logging.
Try re-installing Resolume with a fresh installer from our download page for your version.
Also make sure to use DXV format on the new macs, there is trouble with mp4.
