Ok, I might fly a bit more by the seat of my pants then a lot of you guys, but I think it would be handy to be able to rename clips from the Res file browser. I will capture and process large amounts of raw footage at a time and often never really look at it untill it's in the preveiw screen, while i'm looking maniclly through my folders for something to use. infact I have always thought having a media database built in would be a good idea. so that you can sort your media. so you can browse all the files, based on their texture, colors, mood, theme, tempo of editing, I'd be happy to write it as a plug-in, I'm not to bad at db design.
The other thing that would be handy is to make the navigation keys for clip nav (up and down keys) midi assignable so you can map them to your react or midi controller.
