Who would be interested in having NDI HX3 Support even if it means the cost of Resolume might go up a little?
NDI HX3 is the same quality as FB NDI but at about 1/10th the bandwidth and by definition is 100ms or Less from glass to glass.
Since about 2021 we've been doing 8k@60 B2B at festivals using a switcher, however it would be a LOT cooler if we could B2B into each other so we can composite on top of each other. ATM (and probably for the next 2 years) there is no 8K capture options out there. NDI FB doesn't work, and when i "does" it's usually sitting at 30fps or less. Personally I would be cool paying an additional $25-50 for this addition as it would be a gamechanger for us working on these ridiculous stages. I'm not sure how much the licensing would cost, but I was just curious who else might be interested in having this feature, because as of now, then only way we are able to 8K B2B is by using very expensive switchers and its just a hard cut at that, no compositing and playing off of each other.
