Layer stop receiving USB MIDI after some time

Hey,
I got weird issue that seems to happen randomly after some time:
I have a Resolume Avenue project (Windows 11) made of 3 layers.
I control effects on multiple layers simultaneously with an USB controller (Intech Studio PBF4).
After some time, I can't edit effect's parameters on a specific layer, while other layers still work perfectly fine.
If i click on layer name on top/left composition section, it works again.

Does Avenue/Arena have trouble to deal with a single input mapped on multiple parameters?
Is there a way to fix the issue?
