yes it does (win2003 has to be configured first, it's designed for servers, not for visuals)

what are the settings I have to set up? I can run my games, but resolume seems to be very unstable...

try the things on this site: http://www.msfn.org/win2k3/
you have to install directx and enable grafix acceleration etc then install the codecs you use and the right drivers, nothing more
