Dashboard label bug

I just found another dashboard related bug.
I assigned a parameter called Smudge to Link 7 which had nothing else assigned to it and the automatic label that appeared reads WobbleV.

Not a show stopper, I can easily change it but it is bizarre.
I'm pretty sure I've encountered this before.

how did you do the assignment?

When setting the param to dashboard via the cogwheel menu, it takes the first dashboard dial as selected

I dragged the parameter onto the relevant link, which had nothing assigned.
WobbleV is not even a parameter name for anything on that clip.

Can you recreate this with the same clip or was this a one-time glitch?

It's the first time I mention it, but it's happened a few times in the past. The first time about 3 years ago I think.
