Effects on group

Hi everyone!
I have an issue and idk it's about me or Resolume (probably frist)

I have 2 layers on a group, and when i try to aply an effect on that group doesnt work, neither master or video fader on each layer.

Thoses 2 layer are on differents screens. Maybe is that?

I think you probably set your different screens in the advanced output to show those different layers. Then indeed you have a problem when you want to add a group effect but I would recommend use a slice transform effect on the two layers pointing them to the correct screen then you can easily add group effects or composition effects. I made a little explanation movie for a similar issue a bit while ago here it shows composition effects but the same will work for groups.

Group layers start compositing on empty texture, like if they were separate compositions.
Play content in the group, then the effects should show an output.

If not, please share some screenshots of your setup.

Yes! I have on advanced output, that screen 1 has slice 1 with input source layer 1. And screen 2 has slice 2 with input source layer 2. Each screen are on differents outputs (screen 1 on display 2 and screen 2 it´s on display 3)

I´ve tried slice transform like you show on video but nothings happend.

I just need a way to apply colorize effect on thoses 2 layer at the same time. Right now I´m applying the effect on each layer sepparatly
