missing my order since days

Hi there.
I buyed on 26.06. the React MIDI-Controller and Resolume 2.2 and a DVD.
I did not recieve any order confirmations or something. The money is allready payed by my bank and that is confirmed. The order is more than 900â¬. I start to getting a bit nervous. Tryed to reach someone at resolume via every available email at the website and also to phone someone. I have no answer so far.
This is my last try to get some information about my order. Is this the normal way to get stuff at resolume.

Hi,
Danger i allready emailed Martin (delaybot), he didn't receive a notification email so that's why he tried to reach us this way. If you place an order that big and you don't receive any info i would start worrying as well..

finaly, everything was fine. edwin fixed the problems and i recieved my stuff as soon as it was practical.
