Marvel G450 eTV

I'm having problems installing this card, which has resulted in me re-installing win 98se. The card works, but all the drivers seem to have disapeared, is this a problem anyone else has had? Is it worth me installing win2000

i use a g450eTV with a dual boot win98se/win2000 - have no problems with it. Make sure you d/load the latest drivers from matrox.
