Ati x1800 vivo

I am using an pci-e Ati x1800 gto graphics card. It has plugins for both s-video out, composite out, s-video in, and composite in. I know I am able to run multiple ones at the same time, because i can caputre video through one of them, and output to a projector at the same time - when using video editing software. The device does show up in resolume capture devices list as Ati T200 Av output stream. I am able to get to it's settings (all except selecting s-video or composite) and load it into a deck. But there is never any video. It's not getting a signal or something. The capture works fine in all other programs, but not resolume. Anyone else have this issue? all updated drivers already.
