which clips for resolume

hi dudes, i'm new with resolume. I've a laptop with P4 3,3Ghz and 1Gram, ATI 9700 (is it sounds enough?).
I'm looking for clips to use with resolume: is it better with swf, isn'it? Are there some clips archives or WEB sharing sites where to find good stuff?
