Okay..so I've read over all of what the forums have to say about running Resolume on a mac book pro, but im now wondering about using parrallels.
I'm new to VJing and have my first gig coming up in a month or so. I LOVE RESOLUME! It is by far the best app ive come acroos and ive looked at tons. But it wont run natively on a mac (which it should, cause then it would be unstoppable), which is an issue for me as i just got a new macbook pro and plan on using it for this gig. Now i know i can use bootcamp and get some pretty solid results running resolume that way, of course except for the video out issue. My question though is if anyone has tried to run resolume on the macbook pro via parrallels, which lets you run windows within osx??? im wondering if this fixes some of the issues in bootcamp or multiplies them? Im really hoping it will work so i can buy resolume and parrallels for this gig and be happy. any feedback would be great!! thanks
ps: lets get resolume on mac natively!!!

thanks...nothing is really stopping me. i just havnt done it yet cause i was trying to figure out if parallels would be better than using bootcamp. and you just answered that one for me. so it looks like ill be trying resolume with bootcamp and see what results i get. so far, all ive heard about with that combination is the s-video out not working right and some scattered crashes. all in all though, it sounds like it will do the trick. ill post back after trying it out. so will we ever see resolume for mac os? thanks again.
