HERE IT IS GUYS

GlovePIE code
Instructions on use
Resolume midi preferences

right click and "save target as"

the midi preferences file goes in /My Documents/Resolume 2.4/settings/midi - you may want to back up your file that is already there. This preferences file provided may have redundant midi values in it from other midi equipment I use.

if you have your midi out device feeding into the bcr (i use a bcf) the sliders and knobs will react in real time to the wii motions.

My midi note assignments in the included preferences file are likely different than those you'e already using - either remap your bcr or (tediously) go into the glovePIE code and rename the midi notes...

has anybody eles tried my code yet? I'm axious to get feedback. I found a small bug at a gig last week - but it only happened with 1 of my 4 controllers... meaning the wiimotes have slightly different configurations or sensitivities or something.

Hi Nexusintent,
We tried it here at the Resolume headquarters and we like it a lot.
I bit hard to master but it works really well, i espcially like the way the clip triggering works.

Maybe you can create a video with you using the Wii and resolume.
I bet that could become pretty popular on Youtube.

hi there,

i just got my wii remote today, and yeah it works really well. thank you for the patch. it was easy to set up and and it just a case of mastering the controls. i might change some of the controls to suit my own needs, but you have given me a base to work on, and hopefully i will be using the wii remote this weekend.

Bought a Wii controller and Blue Tooth USB. Dosnt work for me. My Wii Controller device is connected, I can see the green arrows flash when I press the buttons, I can even see the device is visible to Glove Pie; but none of the scripts do anything when i hit buttons or tilt the device.

:(

Wiiing All Over The Town...

Post by F1LT3R »

Hey folks,

Well last night I went all over the town looking for a store that had a Wii set up that I could sync my Wii Controller with (I can't afford to buy a whole Wii).

1) First I tried Target where I bought my Wii Controller for $39.99. They didn't have a demo machine.
2) Then I tried Best Buy, who had a machine, but wasnt running. The Geek Squad were very rude and basically told me to get lost. Bastards.
3) Then I went to Electronics Boutique who were moderatly helpful. They had a Wii setup, but their "policy" was to be assholes. Shame. It was pretty funny trying to explain what I was trying to do though.
4) CompUSA had a hole in their roof. Say no more.

My quest to Wii on the dance-floor continues. :P

CRAP!!!!!!!!

My housemate's Wii controller works just fine. I spent a lot of money buying 2 blue tooths and Wii remotes, to find they dont work. But my housemates controllers work just great.

Unfortunatly he wont swap (even tho my controllers work on the Wii) and he wont let me borrow it for VeeJaying either.

Very sad :(

Not sure where to go next.
