PC with 3 Screens

there is a pc in a club. two little screens showing a automated visualization with winamp. On the one big screen i wanna act with resolume. is it possible in any way to play with 2 applications (e.g. winamp for automated visualization on VGA1 via y-splitter and resolume with DVI on the big screen? AGP Card with DVI an VGA is put in.

Can anybody give me a hint? sorry if iam on the wrong way
