scratch with axiom 25?

hi everyone, i recently bougth an axiom 25 midi controller and everything is fine... but i just cant find the way to use te pitch bend for doing scratch (or any other controller)

if you have a axiom 25 or not but know something usefull... i really apreciate it.

because i love scratch.

use the midi to control the interface or only to trigger the effects?

can i program it that the same note keybord will send a diffrent signal with a touch of a button ? and that way control all the effects in resolum...
