I used the Feedback Source Plugin to make some nice effects.

The first effect shown in the video doesn't use the feedback plugin.
It's just the free frame delay sinus effect. For the following effects I used the Feedback Source plugin in lighten (Li) overlay mode and opacity set to about 50%. Then I applied following free frame effects on the feedback: Pan Spin Zoom (from Pete), Ascii Art, Spray vertical,
Blow horizontal and Heat It Up. That's it.
