a solution required

I would like to feed live TV to a projector, I would also like to feed mpeg video to the same projector. I would like to time a switch between the TV and mpg so as to give the impression of a seamless broadcast. do you have a solution that I could buy from you or do you have any ideas that would help me achieve this.

I think, all you need is a simple Haupauge WinTV and Resolume ....
In Resolume you can feed your beamer with avi/mpgs and also with the videostream from the TV-card (but first you have to setup a channel in WinTV ..)

could you not feed a tv signal into one channel of a video mixer, and mix between TV and computer?
