Link 2 computers via LAN (network streaming)

I can't seem to figure out how to connect 2 computers via LAN.. the vidnet servers on the sources tab appeared, but it doesn't show anything when I drag it into the channel and put it in the layer. The source computer stopped for a while whenever I drag the vidnet server into a channel. Please help..

I have the same problem !
1 XP PC AND 1 PC VISTA

The vista pc can see the xp pc
but the xp pc can't see the vista pc
And when you try to test it , the xp pc crashes :-s

i tried with firewire connections also (both XP)
I have still the same problem :-s

can anyone help us !
