Hey people...
I'm trying to purchase a few bits of footage from the area in this website, the screen for the 'Maestro' section for payment is wrong..
I cannot enter a START DATE for my card, as this is not on these types of cards.. its normally the 'issue number' and 'expiry date'!!
Can someone please look into this for me, as i'm desperate for the footage for a gig soon, and also don't have another type of card to use.
I've also contacted the Bank and they said that none of these cards have a start date...

The payments in the shop are handled by BIBIT, we do not see any of your credit card information, we just receive if an order is paid successfully (or not).
BIBIT does have a shopper FAQ, maybe that helps?

The FAQ on the link is not helpfull at all... no advice or answer is given for my specific problem.
Can you pass on the feedback onto them for me, the Maestro section need sorting out, and i'm really desperate to get this sorted as quickly as possible:)

I've just noticed alot of the various ways to pay has changed? is this on a temp basis??
no maestro is showing now.... whats going on dudes??

I,m sorry but we do not have any control over how BIBIT handles Maestro cards. I,m afraid there is nothing we can do to help you with your Maestro card, there is always the option of doing a bank transfer though.
