NTSC VS PAL

Im using PAL 720X576 compressed with indeo, but there is no this process resolution offered in screen setup of resolume.
It would be too complicated for me to work in ntsc because Im making my footage, and Im using some of it in other projects. What is the best thing to do?

in my resolume 720*576 it is supported, as process and output resolution.

i think its down to what the graphics card / machine offer. i had to use a friends latop for a gig recently and it offered a fair few different resolutions to what my machine offers.
