Yeah .. Resolume - this looks like an amazing bit of kit - i have just been playing for the last 3 hours - and it seems great - no output to 2nd monitor though. Gonna check your manual before posting anything - I have had a couple of crashes - dodgy wav files I think. nICEwORK!!!

+1
Love the new interface - the flat look is uncluttered and easy on the eye. Yet to play with it in any depth, but it seems pretty well thought out.

Will post bug reports in the appropriate thread.

I wanted to add my thanks for what looks like a brilliant piece of development. Again I haven't had chance to play in detail but the basic architecture - composition, layer, clip is great and opens up such control. The simple fact that you can run just audio in a layer is a real boon. I don't VJ but have used Resolume the last few years for controlling art installation / performances using sound, video, physical installations and theatre and to be able to bring the sound and visuals together but not have them integrated to specific loops is going to be great.

Thing after thing I keep finding - hey they have done that - thats cool - so well done!!!!

I do have a question about using it with triplehead displays and whether if i use three displays through triplehead Resolume will see them as three separate displays that i can direct layers (or combinations of layers to) but if you dont spot this question here I will ask it some other time.

Using a triple head is very easy. Just set it up to let's say 1920x480 so that you have three times 640x480.
Make your composition size in Resolume 1920x480 and set your output to the triple head. And that's it.
Now you have a space in which you can position your clips and layers. In Resolume 3 you can freely move and scale your clips and layers in the composition.

Still cannot fault this software - and I keep finding surprises - how many layers of video or sound - i added 50 just to see !!! How many columns per layer ... draggin multiple clips from file browser and auto column creation is great ... really simple midi mapping is great ... Also fair play for only allowing wav files for audio - this should keep quality levels hi... I just need to get a bigger monitor - and some sounds. So far I have only been playing with sounds - which is mad - cos normally I am only playin with visuals ...

And also RESOLUME nice one for making the release date you advertised ... cannot wait to see and test

Just like to add my thanks guys... I've had a proper play this evening and the interface and ways it can be worked with are really really great. Onwards to the non-beta version, full steam ahead!! :)
