Works with projector but not TV

This may or may not help with the graphics card problem. I have a brand new HP laptop with a n-vidia 9700 card in it. Resolume works a treat with my NEC projector, but does not output to my Panasonic 42in.

This all the more strange in that the TV will show my desktop. It is only when I switch to dual mode that I have a problem.

What Connection are you using for the projector, and for the TV?

also, are you trying to use both at the same time? N-vidia Cards can not use both outputs at the same time.

Also check your Display settings, try changing the display to the lowest resolution you can, and then work your way up to see what the limits of your TV are.

Thanks for that, I used the standard RGB cable that plugs into any PC monitor (think its called D-sub)
I will try what you suggest in terms of reducing resolution.
