BUG\SUGG: Update "Clip Properties" from active clip

I was surprised to find that "Clip Properties" is not updated when I click on a clip playing in an active layer. To change clip properties for a currently playing clip, I have to find it in the deck I launched in from, and click on it, and edit its properties from there.

Am I missing something?

If not, could the Clip Properties be updated for the currently selected clip, whether it is in a deck or currently playing in a layer? This would be a great workflow enhancement.

[UPDATE] Avenue does update Clip Properties for active clips, but only in Layer 1 and 2 - not in layer 3.

When I click the active clip in Layer 3, the Clip Properties always displays the Clip Properties for the first clip in the current deck, not the active clip in layer 3.

[UPDATE 2] Avenue does not always update the Clip Properties when clicking in the MIDDLE of the active clip thumbnail, but it does update Clip Properties immediatley when clicking in the CORNER of the active clip preview.

It seems to depend where I click on the thumbnail.

We have noticed that sometimes when a clip is clicked the property panel isn't updated correctly.
I don't think it has anything todo on where you click withing the thumnail though.
But we will give it a look.

I noticed the same problem with last release

For exemple I put in layer 1 clip A from deck 1 and in layer 2 clip B from deck 2.
If I select layer 1 clip, properties are correctly updated, however change on them only affect pre vizualization. I have to reselect clip A to able to change properties and in this case I have a jump as I am launching clip A from it beginning.

Am I missing something ?
