(Massive) Framedrop when changing decks

When I'm changing between decks, I have 50 clips per deck, the framerate drops from 60 FPS when using 2 layers to about 4 FPS for 10 seconds. This is very annoying and it keeps me from browsing through my decks searching for that one clip. Someone with the same problems or a solution?

i HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM WITH ONLY 20-25 CLIPS PER DECK. it drops from 60fps to 4 for about 6-8 seconds.
it is unacceptable on a live gig and it keeps me from stepin' ahead to resolume 3!

any solution?

I switch decks a lot in live use and the drastic framerate slowdown is a real problem for smooth playback t the moment - similar stats to those reported.

I also have this problem. But not that much.
My framerate drops from 60 to 25 fps.

You can make playing smoother, when you put less clips into one deck.
I have about 10 clips per deck an it works properly.
This problem should be solved, but meanwhile this is a good solution.
