Hello Guys,
any plans for the new Beta?
I still have problems with the steadiness of r3 and get a crash every 15-20 min on my macbook pro.
i can´t wait to test the new Beta - the weekend and the next gig is coming ,-)
Thank you
Date for the next Beta?

Re: Date for the next Beta?
me again
well you told us: next beta january, final version february.
so we don´t got a beta in january - can i hope to get the final version in february then?
i dont want to be impatiently, but i use resolume every weekend and i have a lot of problems (crash every 15min) and cant wait to see the final version, or a (for me) working beta.

Because on some other posts Bart replies with "working on that" suggests that the final version is not ready yet.

We unfortunately ran into some problems and it's going to take a bit longer. Sorry for this guys, we are working as hard as we can, it's very frustrating ;-(

Let us know if there is anything we can do to help - eg. test on different configurations, send footage, etc.bart wrote:We unfortunately ran into some problems and it's going to take a bit longer. Sorry for this guys, we are working as hard as we can, it's very frustrating ;-(

Hi Bart,
I would willingly help with testing as well. This a supurb product.
Just let me know what I can do.

Hey guys,
I have to repeat what everyone has been saying: this is an awesome product. But I'd love to see the next beta, specifically with Flash support. I have an event at the beginning of April that I'd like to use this for. It's not a VJ gig, but an interactive arts performance, and having the ability to input text via Flash would be awesome.

Yep - some kind of idea would be good. Looking forward to Flash support.

Re: Date for the next Beta?
It's probably best to say it now, the next release will not support Flash yet.
The problem is that the Flash implementation for Pc and Mac are completely different and this is taking us way more time than we anticipated. Because we have 42% mac users and 58% Pc users we do not want to release a version that has Flash for only one platform.
The main thing we have focussed on is bug fixes and stability. I think you will all agree that reliability is not a sexy feature but it is the most important one, bells and whissles come next.
We will support Flash, it wil be made available in a free update. It is just taking us longer than we hoped ;-(
