do you warp your clips in live?

Post by sburke1 »

I am doign mashups, so I warp my clips in live before bringing into Resolume.

I am on a macbookpro, so I render photo jpegs at 85 percent quality.

Ive got some questions about this process.

1 What frame rate are you all using? 25? 30? 29.97? I know that all my clips should be the same for best performance so I want to iron this out before cutting more videoloops.

2 When i render video in live, there is a "sound" checkbox in the "encoder settings". When I uncheck this box, I still get audio! So I mute the track in ableton because I know I DONT want sound in my .mov. Is there still audio content in the clip? Should I do another step like strip the audio in another program before bringing in to resolume?

3 Should I deinterlace the video?

Thanks a bunch!
