How to get flash running?

Hiho, I try to get *.fla files running in resolume. Nope, the file isn`t shown in the resolume tray. Also tried it with *.swf files.
Also installed flash player6 and falsh MX ... no.
I downloaded files from the movieguy webpage mentioned in the footage page.
Perhaps a problem with the files there (flash player3 format)?

Have you installed the ActiveX plugin?

you can't run .fla files in resolume, as far as i know.
only .swf files.

hi visio,

have u installed the standalone player or the web-browser plugin player.
maybe if u only installed the web plugin u should install the standalone player(http://www.macromedia.com).
the flashplayer installs when u install flash MX but maybe u chose not to do so...
and it not possible to play *.fla files only *.swf...

can u see the flash text tryout movies that came with resolume?
(C:program files/resolume/flash text).
if u dont see them my gues is theres "something" wrong with your comp
