Cant Register

Resolume version: avenue 3.0.0
Operating System: MAC OSX 10.4.11
Processor:1.5 GHz PowerPC G4
Videocard(s): I think this is it: ATI Mobility Radeon 9700
Files type(s) used: .mov

I am having trouble registering. When I go to view -->preferences, nothing shows up. As a side note when I choose any topic under any menu (for example, I cant go to "settings" or "new" under composition.) When I try nothing happens. I am very excited to play with resolume but nothing seems to be working and I can't put up with the annoying computer "resolume avenue" voice that reminds me every 30 seconds the name of the software that is not working for me...please help...

also this was happening when when I was using the beta version, and I was hoping it would be solved with the official release....I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling over and over again..same problem

Unfortunately the PowerPC is is not fast enough to run Avenue so we can not fix this ;-(

then why does it say under minimum requirements that all I need is "Mac: 1.25GHz or faster PowerPC G4" and 1 gig of RAM, which I do have?

Supporting the PowerPC was wishfull thinking from us, we learned that it's not possible. I've changed the minimum requirements on the site and emailed you personally.
