Volume and Alpha Sliders

Post by cat »

The sliders in the main interface (layer) seem to be swapped around, the left slider labelled A on controls the volume of the audio while the right slider controls opacity. This is on osx and with the release version in demo.
Don't seem to be getting stutters at least with dvx files so thats good, and my main complaint for previous betas, should be playing around more over the coming days....
I think this has been asked before but can't remember the answer, but will you be supporting quartz compositions on the mac, especially with exposed parameters, I can understand that its not cross platform so will be lower down the list...
Cheers

Yes this correct, A for Audio, V for Video ;-)

Yes we would love to support QC but Flash comes first.

I am glad someone else pointed this out because this had me thinking as well at first ... guess it is something to get used to.

It's a confusing coincidence, but that's why we made the sliders for video yellow and for audio blue.
Everywhere in the interface blue sliders will represent audio settings and yellow sliders video, in case you might have noticed why some sliders were blue ;-)
