Full screen output problems

I have running Windows XP sp2 on a HP laptop duocore 1.6 Ghz,1 gig of RAM, my video card is a GeForce 6150 with 128 Megs of Ram. When I setup my video card for dual monitors and try and and run Resolume 3 in full screen mode, the screen freezes on the first frame and flashes like a strope effect. It does this on both Display 1 and Display 2. Any ideas?
