Legato?

Post by gavspav »

Is it possible to have clips in the layer bank running in a mode similar to Ableton's Legato?

So if you had 4 loops of equal length you could swap between them and the new one would kick in at the place the old one left off.

Or would the clips have to be playing in separate layers with the A/V turned down (using extra CPU?)

Also - and this must be blindingly object - how do I overlay a layer instead of blend it ie Layer A obscures Layer B? EDIT - I meant blindingly obvious! And yes it was - all in the opacity.

Thanks

Or is the answer to have the clips on separate layers but use Bypass?

Seems to sort out the CPU overhead.
