I see this problem with Dodge as well.
It seems to occur in areas of the image where the colour is at or near pure white.
Steps to reproduce from Demo deck:
* Play Clip Bass1 in middle layer
* Switch mix mode to Dodge and set opacity to 100%
Very bright parts of the clip now show as pink or black (compare to the clip with Add mode selected)
