Please can you help me with this problem

Hi I'm using an old style analogue 'big plastic box' video mixer, the SIMA SFX-9 to be precise. I'm playing video through both tracks and are using the wipe to have half of each track on the screen. I filmed both tracks against a blue screen and I'm wanting to key through the blue on both tracks while the wipe is active. Can I do this, if so how?
